Alabama legislators are really morons - The Alabama House said "no" Tuesday to a bill that would have increased the alcohol content allowed in beer sold in Alabama. The bill would have allowed premium imported beer to be sold in the state. And when I say premium, I also mean expensive. Why you may ask did the fine folks of Alabama decide against this bill? To protect the kids of course. What kid, especially one from Alabama, is going to want to get a buzz on with an expensive Irish Stout, or a Belgian Ale when a good old America PBR, Ole Milwaukee, or Strohs will suffice at half the price. Last I checked the legal drinking age in Alabama is still 21, so in theory the kids are already protected
