Protect Net Neutrality

Many Telecommunication Giants and ISP (Internet Service Providers) are not as blatant in the US as Virgin has been in the UK regarding net neutrality, but I know that any of them would jump at the chance to censor to promote content that commercial entities have paid to be shown, rather than free stuff that has not been "promoted".
